Welcome to JomKiss7. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and JomKiss7 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at jomkiss7.cam. By accessing or using any part of our platform — including registration, deposit, wagering, or withdrawal — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease access to the JomKiss7 platform. Continued use of any feature of JomKiss7 following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updates.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

For the purpose of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on JomKiss7, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. JomKiss7 operates a strict 21+ policy in line with international online casino and sports betting standards. No exceptions are made.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual, in your own name, for personal recreational purposes only.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law and where accessing such services is a criminal offence.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of JomKiss7 or any affiliated entity, nor a close family member of such a person.
• You have not been previously self-excluded from JomKiss7 or placed under a voluntary gambling restriction that remains in effect.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You are of full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Creating duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification document), date of birth, valid email address, and a contact number. You agree to update your account information promptly should any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. JomKiss7 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. JomKiss7 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

For players based in Malaysia — including those in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, and Shah Alam — accepted KYC documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad (NRIC) or passport. Additional documentation such as proof of address or source of funds may be requested at the Operator's discretion.

JomKiss7 supports a range of payment methods for Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB), USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven CliqQ. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. There is no maximum deposit ceiling imposed by the Platform, though individual payment providers may impose their own per-transaction limits.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods or bank accounts that have been verified as belonging to the registered Account holder. JomKiss7 does not accept third-party withdrawals. Processing times are as follows:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Typically under 5 minutes for verified accounts.
• DuitNow / FPX Bank Transfer: Typically 5–15 minutes following approval.
• Direct Bank Wire: Typically 15–60 minutes; may be longer during peak periods.
• USDT TRC20: Typically 15–30 minutes, subject to blockchain confirmation requirements.

JomKiss7 reserves the right to request KYC documentation prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed if the Player's account has outstanding verification requirements. All withdrawal requests are subject to standard fraud and anti-money laundering screening.

JomKiss7 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to specific bonus terms that supplement these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific bonus terms prevail.

General principles applicable to all bonuses include the following:

• Bonuses are awarded to one Account per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• All bonuses carry a Wagering Requirement that must be satisfied before withdrawal of associated winnings. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Slot games generally contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Live casino table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate, as specified in the individual bonus terms.
• JomKiss7 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any active wagering requirements being satisfied by a Player at that time will remain valid.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issue, typically 7–30 days. Unused or partially wagered bonuses expire after this period without compensation.
• Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to coordinated betting, low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear bonuses, or the use of automated betting software — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

The birthday bonus programme operates on a tier basis: Bronze members receive MYR 188, Silver members MYR 388, Gold members MYR 888, and VIP members MYR 2,688. Tier status is assessed periodically based on account activity and deposit history.

The Refer A Friend programme awards both the referrer and the new Player a bonus of MYR 38 each upon successful registration and first qualifying deposit by the referred Player. There is no cap on the number of referrals a Player may make, and rewards are credited on a lifetime basis.

All wagers placed on the JomKiss7 platform — whether on sports events (including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, UEFA competitions, UFC, and other markets), live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger), or slot machines — are subject to the specific game or event rules applicable at the time of placing the wager.

JomKiss7 uses independently certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology for all virtual casino games. Live dealer games are operated by approved third-party providers whose studios and dealing procedures are subject to regular auditing.

The Operator reserves the right to void any bet or wager in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed on an event that has been cancelled, abandoned, or subsequently found to be corrupted or manipulated.
• A technical error resulted in an incorrect display of odds or game outcomes.
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms or any applicable specific game rules.
• There is reasonable suspicion that the wager was placed using insider information, match-fixing knowledge, or coordinated betting activity.

Winnings generated from voided bets will not be paid out. The original stake amount will be returned to the Player's account balance where the void is attributable to a Platform error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the JomKiss7 platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering under a false name, with forged documentation, or while under a self-exclusion order.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in games or the Platform infrastructure to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting bots, scripts, algorithms, or any software that places wagers without direct manual input.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker environments to influence outcomes.
• Engaging in systematic low-risk wagering strategies (commonly known as "bonus hunting" or "arbing") designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine recreational betting intent.
• Charging back, reversing, or otherwise disputing a legitimate deposit transaction with your payment provider while retaining any associated winnings or bonuses.
• Accessing the Platform using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation services to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions.

JomKiss7 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.

All content on the JomKiss7 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, interface designs, written content, software code, data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of JomKiss7 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, modification, reverse engineering, data scraping, or any commercial use of Platform content without the express written consent of JomKiss7.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JomKiss7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from a Player's use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

JomKiss7 shall not be liable for losses resulting from: (a) temporary Platform unavailability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance; (b) internet connectivity issues outside our control; (c) actions taken by payment service providers; (d) Force Majeure events; or (e) the Player's breach of these Terms.

In jurisdictions where certain exclusions of liability are not permitted, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

JomKiss7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:

• A Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms;
• A Player has provided false, incomplete, or misleading registration information;
• Suspicious betting patterns, fraud indicators, or money laundering red flags are detected;
• A Player is found to be under the age of 21 at the time of registration or account use;
• A regulatory directive or court order requires the restriction or termination of the account;
• A Player voluntarily requests account closure.

Upon permanent closure of an account, any verified outstanding real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet fully wagered) will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending KYC or investigation process.

JomKiss7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to taking effect. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be made without specific notification.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must close your account prior to the amendment's effective date.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which JomKiss7 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to JomKiss7's internal dispute resolution process.

Players wishing to raise a dispute should contact our support team in the first instance via the live chat facility on the Platform or by emailing our support address. We aim to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receiving full details of the complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, it may be referred to the alternative dispute resolution mechanism provided by our licensing authority. The decision of the appointed adjudicator shall be final and binding on both parties.
